We would like to inform you of our business operation hours due to the emergency declaration.

During the period of the declaration of state of emergency in Hokkaido, our business hours continue to be shortened (from 8:00 to 18:00).
And we will continue to operate with our staff wearing masks, taking good care of our health, and disinfecting and sterilizing our facilities in an effort to prevent the spread of infection.

However, in response to this announcement, we will not be accepting any new reservations during the period of the emergency declaration (August 27 to September 12, 2021).

Cancellation of already booked accommodations will be handled as follows:

*If you wish to cancel your reservation from August 27, 2021 to September 12, 2021, no cancellation fee will be charged. (Cancellation fees may apply for packages, activities and meals provided by other companies)
*If you wish to cancel your reservation, please make sure to contact us in advance. (Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if you do not stay the night without notifying us)

Please note that we may close our office if the government or the provincial government requests us to do so, or if there is a concern about the rapid spread of the new coronavirus at our own discretion.
In such cases, we will ask you to cancel your reservation.

From September 1, 2021, we will start accepting reservations for New Years holidays (December 1, 2021 to January 3, 2022).
Reservations can be made online booking, phone or email.

In case a state of emergency or closure request are declared by the government, or in a case where infection is spreading, we will close our business on our own decision and may ask you to cancel your reservation.

We will perform maintenance on our server from 6:00 pm on Monday, July 26, 2021 to 8:00 am on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

We are accepted from the 1st day of the month three months prior to occupancy.
For occupancy during New Year holidays, however, bookings are accepted from the 1st of the month four months prior to the occupancy.

Responding to request for cooperation from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Niseko Izumikyo ask all customers to check their temperature before they stay in our accommodation.

In the case where the temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, or where it's higher than the normal temperature, even if it's lower than 37.5℃, or where the customer has a sore throat, coughing, we will contact the Health center/medical institution/COVID-19 support center to ask for advice and instruction.

If suspected COVID-19 symptoms are confirmed, please stay in a place where no other customers can contact you, and avoid going out while waiting for instruction.

We will be performing maintenance on our server from 10:00 pm on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 to 7:00 am on Thursday, September 17, 2020.

All of our cottages will be non-smoking as of December 1, 2020.

Please note in advance that if the coronavirus infection status becomes worse, we may have to temporally close our accommodation business in order to secure our guests and staff’s safety and to prevent from expanding the new coronavirus.

Izumikyo's restaurant "Bistro Re Arbor" is going to OPEN from 17:00 on the 30th of December.
It is in the Izumikyo 2 area and takes about a few minutes from Izumikyo Management Center on foot.
Dec 30th and 31st are pre-opening. These days will be served only dinner from 17:00 to 21:30 (LO 21:00).

Please note that the operation of "Kobushi Kan" will be closed at the end of September 2014 and the operation of "Kanzakura" will be closed at the end of October 2014.

You will not stay with pets in Tonttu or Nisse on and after April 1st in 2014. As before you can stay with pets in Tonttu and Nisse by March 31st in 2014. Due to the change of booking system in terms of pets stay, online booking for Tonttu and Nisse have not been ready for pets' stay even by March 31st in 2014. If you would like to stay with pets in Tonttu or Nisse by March 31st, please let us know by email or phone.

Pets will be allowed to stay in Kona-Yuki on and after April 1st in 2014. But online booking for Kon-Yuki has not been ready for pets' stay. If you would like to stay in Kona-Yuki with your pets after April 1st, please let us know by email or phone.
